About Shawn
Shawn Gibbs is a Human Healthcare Experience Architect, healthcare entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and the CEO and Co-Founder of GIV Gowns — a company reimagining the patient garment as the first signal of trust, respect, and designed care. He is also the creator of The Irreplaceable Provider Method™ (IPM), a structured training system that equips clinicians and care teams to build the kind of presence, communication, and connection that no technology can replicate.
With more than 15 years founding, scaling, and practicing in medicine — including three medical practices founded, scaled, or sold — Shawn has spent his career studying the moments where trust is won or lost. His work fuses the physical and relational dimensions of care into a single framework he calls Designing Trust in Healthcare & Business, codified in The TRUST Framework and The Outcome Cascade.
